"Good overall, but the smell was a lot at first"
I ordered this from Malouf and it arrived just fine, no real issues there. The only thing was the smell when I first opened it, it was strong, maybe off-gassing? I’m not totally sure, but I had to leave it in another room to air out for a few days before I felt comfortable using it. It seems okay now, and I do like it overall, I just wish that initial smell hadn’t been so intense

Pretty comfy overall, honestly. I’ve been using it for a bit and it feels nice for the most part, but it’s not like it’s flawless or anything. Still happy with it tho.

"Fit was a little off for my mattress"
I ordered the same sheet size I usually get, but these just didn’t fit my mattress quite right. The corners kept slipping off, and the pocket depth seemed different than I expected. The material itself feels fine, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but the sizing was off enough that I was disappointed.

"Packaging was okay, but no one seemed responsible"
The box showed up a little dented, but thankfully the item inside was fine. Still, it felt like the packaging could’ve been better. What was kind of annoying is that it’s not really clear who’s supposed to own that part of the experience, the seller, the warehouse, or the shipping company. It just feels like everyone can point the finger somewhere else

I accidentally ordered the wrong size sheet set from Malouf Home and figured I was in for the usual back-and-forth that happens with a lot of companies.
But compared to other places I’ve dealt with, this was way easier. I emailed them, heard back quickly, and they explained exactly what to do without turning it into a whole thing.
The correct size showed up and everything worked out fine. It’s refreshing when a company handles returns without making you feel like you’re bothering them.

"Warranty Help Felt Like a Dead End"
I filed a warranty claim thinking it would be straightforward, but it just kept dragging on. The replies took forever, and when they did come, they didn’t really answer what I was asking. Reading between the lines, it felt like they were hoping I’d get tired of following up and just drop it

"It held up okay, I guess"
I mean, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but after a few months it did start sagging. I didn’t abuse it or use it in any weird way, so I was kind of disappointed. It still works, but I wouldn’t say it held up great.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it seems decent enough. It looks nice and feels okay, so I’m not disappointed exactly. I just kind of thought it might hold up a bit better for the price. It’s not bad by any means, but I’m not totally sure I’d call it amazing either...

But they replied fast and actually answered my question, not just some copy paste thing. It was easy, no weird run around or anything. Made me feel good about ordering from maloufhome.com again...

"Solid bedding, not cheap junk"
I was impressed with my order from Malouf Home. I’ve been looking at bedding for a while, and some prices out there are just stupid, but this felt fair for what I got. When it showed up, it didn’t feel like some flimsy crap either.
I’ve been using it for a bit now, and it’s still comfy and feels well made. It’s not the cheapest place around, sure, but it doesn’t feel like bargain-bin garbage, so I’m fine paying a little more. I’d buy from them again.

"Firm, but didn’t feel supportive"
I expected this to be supportive because it felt firm at first, but my back still seemed to sink in somehow. Based on how uncomfortable I felt after a night on it, I’m guessing it just wasn’t the right fit for me.

I thought the designs would have a little more personality, but they’re definitely clean and modern. Overall the site looks good, just a bit plainer than what I usually go for. I was hoping to see more color options and patterns, so it’s not totally my style, but I can see the appeal

I went on Maloufhome.com just looking for new sheets, but I definitely ended up browsing longer than I expected. They have a really solid selection of pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and other bedroom basics, but it still felt organized and not overwhelming.
I’m a little particular about bedding because I want it to feel nice and hold up well, so I appreciated the different materials and price ranges. It was easy to narrow things down and find something that fit what I had in mind. Overall, I’m happy with the selection and the shopping experience.

"Box showed up rough"
My order did get here on time, so that was good, but the delivery box was banged up... dented and torn a bit on one side. Thankfully the item inside was fine, so no real damage done, but still, not the best first impression. I just feel like the packaging could’ve been a little sturdier for shipping

"Not exactly the chill miracle"
The sheets are soft and feel nice enough, but these so-called cooling champs didn’t really do much for me. I still wake up hot most nights, which is disappointing considering the price. I expected them to keep me cooler than regular sheets, but they’re just fine

"Bad customer service"
i bought a set of sheets near the middle of February and since the beginning of March they will not stay on the bed . I paid $150.00 for sheets that will not stay on the bed . They will not call or email me very bad customer service if you ask me I will make sure I tell at least 10 people not to buy your products
